Job summary

Carrols Corporation is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to maintain and repair restaurant equipment across our Burger King locations. You will report to the District Manager and handle preventative maintenance along with urgent repairs to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has electrical/plumbing/carpentry knowledge and general mechanical skills, with food service equipment repair experience; HVAC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• General electrical, plumbing or carpentry knowledge is necessary.
• General mechanical knowledge required.
• Food service equipment repair experience is a plus.
• HVAC repair certification is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Independent reliable transportation required.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize the impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
