Job summary

Colliers is seeking a skilled Field Technician to provide preventative and reactive maintenance for restaurant kitchen equipment and building systems in a defined local market. You will diagnose, repair, and service HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment to meet performance standards.

Requires 5+ years’ experience, EPA certification, and the ability to read schematics. The role includes on-site work, travel in the local area, and strong safety practices with ongoing OEM training.

Qualifications

• Technical trade school training or hands-on experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of related trade experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Ability to read diagrams and schematics.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and mobile service apps.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install, and remove commercial kitchen equipment.
• Service commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration systems, and HVAC systems.
• Respond to service requests within SLAs and complete documentation.
• Maintain organized service vehicle, tools, and inventory.
• Travel within defined local market and on-call coverage.
