Job summary

Colliers is seeking a skilled service technician to support Chick-fil-A restaurants in a defined local market. You will troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC systems, while coordinating with the Chick-fil-A Technical Assistance Team onsite.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. You’ll travel within the local market and stay current with OEM training and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Technical trade training and hands-on service experience required.
• EPA Universal Certification mandatory for HVAC/refrigeration work.
• Ability to read diagrams and troubleshoot complex equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install and service commercial kitchen equipment.
• Maintain refrigeration, HVAC and base building systems in restaurants.
• Respond to service requests within SLAs and document work orders.
