Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a District Manager in Zebulon, NC for a hands-on leadership role overseeing 3–5 QSR units in the area. The candidate should bring strong coaching skills, a proven high-volume QSR background, and a servant-leadership mindset.

The position offers a competitive base salary of 80–90k, a solid benefits package including health, dental, mileage reimbursement, 15 days PTO and a 401(k) match. Workdays are typically 5 days with no late nights.

Job description

We are looking to add a competent and impactful District Manager to our team.

This is ideal for a candidate with QSR multi-unit experience in the range of 3-5 restaurants.

This is a very hands-on role, so we want leaders who are accustomed to being in a location, as opposed to those overseeing 10+ restaurants.

District Manager Requirements:

• A very strong work ethic with a positive and winning attitude
• A solid work history in Quick Service Restaurants.
• Must have high-volume QSR or Fast Casual experience.
• Astute business acumen with the ability to teach, coach & drive results
• Hands-on leadership style; this is NOT an administrative role.
• Ability to develop leaders using a servant mentality approach

District Manager Compensation:

• Competitive salary 80-90k base.
• Strong benefits package with health, dental, and mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle

This is an operations leadership role where your time will be spent in locations, working alongside your direct reports and teams.

This role will typically encompass longer days, 5 days a week, with no late nights.
