Patrice & Associates is seeking a Restaurant District Manager to oversee 7+ fast food locations in the Milwaukee area. You will ensure operating procedures are met and coach restaurant managers across units.

This role requires strong leadership, financial reporting proficiency, and the ability to drive quality and efficiency across a 120+ team. A valid driver’s license and a proven track record in district management are essential.

• 2+ years of District Manager experience in fast food/quick-service.
• Proven track record of leading a team of 120+.
• Strong analytical thinking; able to read and train managers on financial reports.

Job Qualifications for the Restaurant District Manager:

• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• 2+ years of District Manager experience in a fast food or quick-service restaurant. Drive thru experience is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully leading a team of 120+ team members.
• Strong analytical thinking; ability to read and train managers on financial reports.
