Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks a District Manager for our client in North Carolina. This is a hands-on, in-location leadership role spending time with teams at the sites.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 restaurants in QSR multi-unit experience, high-volume fast casual exposure, and a servant leadership approach to coach and develop leaders while driving results. Role requires strong work ethic and business acumen.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to coach, teach and drive performance at store level.
• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on location-based leadership.

Job description

We are looking to add a competent and impactful District Manager to our team.

This is ideal for a candidate with QSR multi-unit experience in the range of 3-5 restaurants.

This is a very hands-on role, so we want leaders who are accustomed to being in a location, as opposed to those overseeing 10+ restaurants.

District Manager Requirements

• A very strong work ethic with a positive and winning attitude
• A solid work history in Quick Service Restaurants.
• Must have high-volume QSR or Fast Casual experience.
• Astute business acumen with the ability to teach, coach & drive results
• Hands-on leadership style; this is NOT an administrative role.
• Ability to develop leaders using a servant mentality approach

District Manager Compensation

• Competitive salary 80-90k base.
• Strong benefits package with health, dental, and mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle
• Strong performance-based bonus potential
• 15 days PTO and 401(k) with a strong match

This is an operations leadership role where your time will be spent in locations, working alongside your direct reports and teams.

This role will typically encompass longer days, 5 days a week, with no late nights.
