MMLSSOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a Restaurant Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in a fast-paced kitchen. This role focuses on cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, pots, and pans, while preventing cross-contamination and supporting meal service.

You will stand for long periods, follow sanitation procedures, and work with team members to keep sinks, counters, and floors in excellent condition. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of sanitation and hygiene standards in a food service setting.

Responsabilités

• Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area to comply with health and safety standards.
• Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils for easy access by kitchen and service staff.
• Dispose of trash and recycling materials and assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks as needed.
• Report equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to management promptly.
