• Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils in designated areas for easy access by kitchen and service staff.
• Dispose of trash and recycling materials properly and assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks as needed.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to management promptly to avoid disruption in operations.
