Qualifications

• Dishwashing experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Able to read sanitation rules and SOPs from documents.
• Food safety certification is a plus.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Stand for long hours; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely in hot, humid conditions.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using appropriate methods and tools.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Support the kitchen staff by ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes and utensils during peak service times.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen.
