Job summary

Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC - A Yum! Brands Co-op seeks a Restaurant Development Specialist to drive new restaurant builds and remodels within the DES team. You will collaborate with Franchisees, Brands, and Suppliers to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The role includes managing quotes, schedules, and cost optimization, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and process improvement. Hybrid schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting field projects, material supply, or 3 years in order fulfillment, sales support, customer service, warehouse, or supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with Franchisees and Brands by overseeing new builds and remodel projects.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of plans and designs.
• Perform take-offs from plans and designs.
• Provide accurate quotes including supplier cost comparisons to minimize costs.
• Obtain necessary quote approvals.
• Manage customer build schedules aligning with supplier lead times and project timelines.
• Collaborate with the S&OP team to provide order status and shipping information.
• Work with Franchisees and Brands to capture development plans and timelines for forecasting.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Provide exceptional member support and expert product knowledge.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues with Franchisees, General Contractors, Brands, Architects, Suppliers, and Freight Carriers.
• Maintain project management data and use reporting tools to ensure timely delivery.
• Pursue ongoing personal and professional development.
