Job summary

Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op, seeks a Senior Manager for the Food Procurement team. The role focuses on category leadership to drive innovation, quality, service, risk reduction, and cost across diverse food products supporting Yum! Brands and A&W.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in business or related field, with 5+ years procurement and 7+ years supply chain experience. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote) and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelors required in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Master’s or MBA preferred for advanced strategic scope.
• Strong analytics, planning, and cost-savings execution experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead category strategies for core food items and related categories.
• Develop sourcing plans, negotiate agreements, and manage cost targets.
• Collaborate with Brand teams and suppliers to drive innovation and supply assurance.
• Monitor capacity, risk, and continuity across short and long term horizons.
• Drive cost savings projects and item-level cost forecasting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement and sustainability.
