Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC - A Yum! Brands Co-op is seeking a Restaurant Development Specialist to advance the Development and Equipment Solutions (DES) Team. The role focuses on driving success of new restaurant builds and remodels for YUM!

Brands concepts including KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Habit Burger & Grill, and A&W. The position requires collaboration with franchisees, general contractors, architects, brands, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee new restaurant builds and remodel projects.
• Provide accurate quotes and supplier cost comparisons.
• Manage customer build schedules and align with supplier lead times.
• Collaborate with S&OP for order status and shipping information.
• Develop processes to improve project delivery and reduce costs.
• Maintain PM data and use reports for oversight.
