Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of procurement and at least 7 years of broader supply chain experience.
• Prefer experience in food/packaging manufacturing or restaurant/QSR industry.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead category strategies for core food items including agriculturally based products and side categories.
• Develop sourcing strategies and execution of the sourcing process.
• Collaborate with Brand teams to optimize cost, supply, innovation, and sustainability.
• Negotiate favorable agreements and manage supplier relationships.
