**Job Description**

• Working with existing clients and developing prospective clients, completing interior restaurant decor, lighting, and dining room layouts. Proficiency in AutoCAD and rendering programs to draw and illustrate interior designs is required.
• Developing interior elevations and working construction drawings (detailed shop drawings).
• Accurate take-offs of restaurant projects.
• Maintaining communication with customers and project managers to ensure project delivery timelines.
• Coordinating with internal team members regarding project production schedules and design.
• Maintaining showroom sales presence to local and online customers.
• Gaining extensive knowledge of the company's nautical decor inventory for theming in new restaurant or entertainment projects.
• Researching new trends in the restaurant and commercial entertainment industry.

**Qualifications:**

• Strong project management skills with previous experience; restaurant or commercial design experience is a plus.
• Interior commercial theming, prop staging, and merchandising skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other interior rendering programs is required.
• Strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word; project tracking software experience is desirable.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a self-starter.
• Good research skills.
