The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to ensure our strategic initiatives are executed efficiently, on time and with stakeholder alignment. You will be responsible for end-to-end project tracking across our casino and sportsbook verticals. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including Casino, Sportsbook, Product, Marketing, Compliance and Business Intelligence to ensure timely delivery, clear accountability, and transparent communication at all levels of the organization.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $66,500 - $89,900 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

• Implement and champion Scrum Agile methodologyto promote transparency, improve communication, and ensure timely project delivery across the online gaming organization
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables, coordinating with stakeholders and third-party vendors throughout the full project lifecycle
• Maintain detailed project plansusing tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com, tracking schedules, risks, dependencies, and task assignments across multiple workstreams
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and status meetings, documenting decisions, action items, and ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners
• Monitor project progress and performance, prepare leadership reports, support post-launch reviews, and continuously refine workflows for greater efficiency and scalability

More about you

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in online gaming, betting, or related digital industries
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing deadlines
• Strong knowledge of sportsbooks and casino operations is preferred
• Familiarity with agile and scrum frameworks and project tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus
