Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee departments (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management) and report results to other managers.
• Ensure Front Counter, McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for best service.
• Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule to meet sales and profit goals.
