Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Department Manager at a corporate owned location. You will lead shifts and departments, coach crew, and ensure fast, friendly service while maintaining food safety and cost controls.

Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management is preferred. Candidates should be at least 18 years old and ready to work in a fast-paced team environment with opportunities for advancement and education benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun, with the passion to work in the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Manage departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management by setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results to the team.
• Ensure Crew deliver a great customer experience and that service areas are organized for the best service.
• Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant goals.
