Job summary

McDonald’s Corporate-owned store is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead multiple departments, ensure excellent guest experiences, and drive sales performance. This role involves supervising shifts, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with training and safety standards.

You will oversee Guest Service, Kitchen, and People departments, coordinating with teams to meet goals. Previous management experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred, and applicants must be 18+.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly shifts and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service for every visit.
• Oversee departments: Guest Service, Kitchen, People; set goals and delegate tasks.
• Ensure training, food safety, inventory and cost controls are in place.
