Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service Department Manager’s responsibilities may include ensuring a great customer experience, delivering sales promotions well, training service staff, and organizing Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas.
• Kitchen Department Manager’s responsibilities may include delivering great quality food, keeping food safe, controlling food cost, and training kitchen staff in production procedures.
• People Department Manager’s responsibilities may include hiring qualified crew, training them well, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, plus recognizing and motivating staff.
