Godlove McDonald's is seeking a Department Manager to lead shifts, oversee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, and ensure a fast, friendly guest experience. The role requires coaching crew, achieving sales goals, and maintaining kitchen quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have prior managerial experience in hospitality, a willingness to work flexible hours, and a commitment to excellent service in a high-energy McDonald’s environment.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
• Positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service for every visit.
• Oversee departments such as Training, Food Safety and Inventory Management, set goals and delegate tasks.
• Ensure a great customer experience in Front Counter and Drive-Thru areas, with well-trained staff.
• Hire, train and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
• Maintain kitchen quality, safety, and food production procedures.
