Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities include delivering great customer experience, training staff, and coordinating service at the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru.
• Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities include ensuring high quality food, safe handling, controlling costs, and training kitchen staff in production procedures.
• People Department Manager responsibilities include hiring qualified crew, training them well, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, while recognizing and motivating staff.
