Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable fan experiences.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing crew.
• Own execution across operations from guest engagement to quality, speed, and accuracy.
• Champion a clean, safe, and compliant environment across all areas.
• Bring energy to in-house promotions, local marketing, and fan engagement initiatives.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, training, performance feedback, and development of department team members.
• Maintain food cost and labor results within company standards; manage inventory and vendor relationships.
• Monitor and improve quality metrics, guest feedback, and compliance with health regulations.
• Coordinate with other department managers for hiring, training, and operational decisions.
