• Previous managerial experience preferred in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service Department Manager’s responsibilities include ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are executed well, staff are trained in service procedures, and Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
• Kitchen Department Manager’s responsibilities include ensuring the restaurant delivers high quality food quickly, food safety is maintained, food costs are controlled, and kitchen staff are trained in production procedures.
• People Department Manager’s responsibilities include hiring qualified crew, training them well, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, while recognizing and motivating staff.
• This role prefers candidates with previous managerial experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environments, and requires flexible schedules and a positive team attitude.
