Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
• Able to lead shifts and departments and coach staff.
• Strong skills in hiring, staffing and retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Manage labor cost, inventory, and cash procedures daily.
• Follow and enforce all safety and security policies.
• Coach crew and develop employees to improve operations.
• Assist in growth and development of employees inside the restaurant.
• Support the General Manager in setting and achieving store goals.
• Manage a department such as Kitchen, People, or Guest Services.
• Assist with hiring, staffing and retention.
