Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in an independent franchisee restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor cost, inventory and cash procedures on a daily basis.
• Follow and enforce all restaurant safety and security policies and procedures.
• Coach and follow-up on crew to ensure excellent operations.
• Assist in development of employees inside the restaurant.
• Support the General Manager with setting and achieving store goals.
• Effectively manage a department such as Kitchen, People or Guest Services.
• Create and complete goals for individual departments.
• Assist with hiring, staffing and retention.
