Job summary

Wonder in Blue Bell, PA is seeking a team member to help bring menus from Michelin-starred chefs to life while delivering a welcoming guest experience. You will master multiple roles, prep food to Wonder standards, assist guests with orders and payments, and keep stations organized and clean.

Earn $17.50 per hour with overnight premium and opportunities to grow into trainer or supervisor roles. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA match, life insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization and clear verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean and stocked.
• Greet guests, assist with orders, payments, and app usage.
• Assist with meal-kit and delivery operations and ensure dispatch accuracy.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness across kitchen and dining areas.
• Support teammates and grow into trainer/supervisor roles.
