Wonder is hiring Team Members in Marlton, NJ to help bring menus from acclaimed chefs to life while delivering a warm guest experience. This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules, hourly pay starting at $16.50 with overnight premium of $2.00 and extra boosts for certified team member or trainer roles.

You’ll master multiple tasks, keep stations clean, assist guests, follow food safety standards, and contribute to a fast-paced, positive team.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to work quickly with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Clear verbal communication and strong organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with knowledge of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards and keep stations clean and organized.
• Follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines.
• Manage inventory scans, portioning, and ensure order accuracy.
• Greet guests, assist with orders, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Maintain sanitation in kitchen and dining areas and support teammates.
