Job summary

Wonder is hiring Team Members to help bring world-class meals to guests with hospitality and care. You will prepare menu items to Wonder standards, greet guests, and assist with orders while maintaining clean stations and accurate portions.

The role emphasizes food safety, teamwork, and lively, positive service in a fast-paced environment. Overnight shifts include a premium, and there are opportunities to advance to Trainer or Supervisor roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for a full shift.
• Weekend availability required.
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) if required by State, County or Local Health Departments.

Responsibilities

• Create Amazing Food by preparing menu items to Wonder standards, keeping stations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Deliver Incredible Hospitality by greeting guests, assisting with orders, pickups, and payments.
• Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines, including temperatures and storage.
• Manage inventory scans, pack accurate portions, ensure correct orders.
• Support local marketing efforts (flyers, street engagement).
• Keep restaurants clean: sanitation, utensils, equipment; restock as needed.
• Be a key team member: support teammates, stay positive, and assist leaders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
