Job summary

Wonder, the mealtime platform, is hiring a Team Member in Millbury to help prepare diverse menus and deliver exceptional hospitality. You’ll work across kitchen and dining areas, support meal-kit and delivery operations, and participate in local marketing efforts.

Expect shifts with a base rate of $18.00/hour, plus a $2.00/hour overnight premium and potential certifications or trainer paths. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, life insurance, and 401(k), with state variations by hours worked.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Must be 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Create Amazing Food: Prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean and organized.
• Follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines and proper temperatures and storage.
• Deliver Incredible Hospitality: Greet guests, assist with orders, pickups, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Participate in light local marketing activities and keep dispatch/fulfillment accurate.
• Keep Our Restaurants Looking Their Best: Sanitation across kitchen and dining areas, restock gear and report issues.
• Be a Key Part of the Team: Support teammates, stay positive, and grow into trainer or supervisor roles.
