As a Dairy Queen crew member, you will greet fans, follow health and safety standards, operate kitchen equipment, and help maintain a clean, inviting dining area while collaborating with the team to ensure fan satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items following Dairy Queen standards.
• Operate and maintain restaurant equipment (grill, fryer, freezer).
• Stock and set up grill area; complete prep work.
• Create a positive, safe, clean, and inviting environment for fans and team members.
• Communicate positively with fans and coworkers during shifts.
• Work well under pressure with a great attitude.
