Job summary

D Dairy Queen in Arkansas seeks a hard-working shift supervisor to lead a fast-paced crew. You will supervise specific restaurant areas, coach staff, and ensure top-notch customer service while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

You’ll help manage workflow, resolve fan concerns, and sustain a positive work atmosphere. Ideal candidates bring 6+ months in quick-service, ServSafe readiness, strong organization, and the ability to stand all shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months of high-volume quick service restaurant experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Capable of supervising specific areas in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices.
• ServSafe certifiable.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good manners, personal hygiene and promptness.
