Job summary

Café Yumm! Crossroads is hiring part-time Restaurant Crew Members for closing shifts. This position offers evening hours on Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays with a friendly team in a fast-paced environment.

Starting wage is $16.55/hour plus an average of $6.39/hour in tips, with a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage options, paid time off, a 401k, and opportunities for training and advancement within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Arrive on time for every shift.
• Sufficient command of the English language to read and understand the POS system.

Responsibilities

• Learn all stations in the restaurant: cashier, deluxe bar, dishwasher, expeditor, food preparation, grill/salads, starts/hot bar.
• Set high standards of consistency in food preparation and cleanliness, and work steadily.
• Provide service that is remarkable, memorable, fun, and informative.

We have part-time openings on closing shifts for Restaurant Crew Members at Café Yumm! Crossroads. Crossroads on Gateway St near the end of the Randy Papé Beltline in Springfield, OR.

Only those available to work closing shifts on Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays will be considered. Preference will be given to those with flexible availability.

• Starting base wage $16.55/hour plus $6.39/hour in tips (based on a 12-month average of hourly tips from 4/1/2025-3/31/2026).

• Possess or be able to obtain a valid Oregon Food Handler’s Permit.
• Possession of either a High School Diploma or GED Certificate is preferred.
• Experience as a server, cook, cashier, host, or equivalent related experience is preferred.
