Job summary

Café Yumm! Old Mill District in Bend, OR is hiring part-time Restaurant Crew Members for the busy summer season and beyond. You will learn all stations from cashier to grill, delivering remarkable, friendly service in a fast-paced setting.

Applicants must be 16+, able to work summer concerts, and have a can-do attitude. Benefits include tips, free shift meals, discounts, and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and understand the POS system.
• Experience in food service is a plus.

We have part-time openings for food service Restaurant Crew Members at Café Yumm! Old Mill District in the Old Mill District Shopping Center across the Deschutes River from the Hayden Homes Amphitheater in Bend, OR.

We are currently looking for new hires to join us to stay through the busy summer season and beyond. Only those available to work throughout the summer and during concerts at the Amphitheater will be considered. Preference will be given to those with flexible availability.

Wages & Benefits for All Team Members:

• Starting base wage $17.93/hour plus $6.45/hour in tips (based on a 12-month average of hourly tips from 4/1/2025-3/31/2026).

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide service that is remarkable, memorable, fun, and informative.

Job Requirements:

• 16 years of age or older.
• Possess “can do” attitude.
• Arrive on time for every shift.
• Sufficient command of the English language to be able to read and understand the POS system.

Education and Experience:

• Possess or be able to obtain a valid Oregon Food Handler’s Permit.
• Possession of either a High School Diploma or GED Certificate is preferred.
• Experience as a server, cook, cashier, host, or equivalent related experience is preferred.
