Job summary

Vail Resorts in the United States is hiring for winter seasonal roles across our mountain resorts. Start­ing wage is $20.00 per hour, with full- and part-time shifts available and housing options. This season offers a path to growth through our Epic Service training and wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; training provided.
• Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced mountain resort.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers.
• Share our passion for the mountains during service.
• Follow leadership guidelines during the daily pre-shift meeting.
• Set beverage stations and food displays, cashier, greet guests and bus tables.
• Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout and at day end.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications

Job Requirements

• We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience isneeded
• Desire to learn and grow
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs
• A Restaurant Crew team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:
• Mountain Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
