  • Works in Food Service & Restaurant Operations doing prep, cooking, product rotation, & packaging
  • Establishes & maintains effective working relationships with employees, guests, market support staff & vendor community
  • Cultivates and maintains an integral and collaborative environment
  • Ensures the adherence to Ready for Business standards throughout the kitchen
  • Assists in training and development of employees
  • Establishes and maintains a 360-feedback process including guests, staff and leadership
  • Provides and role models excellent customer service
  • Maintains the integrity of our brand and marketing expressions
  • Maintains kitchen in a neat, clean and orderly manner
  • Ensures food service compliance with local, state and federal laws
  • Demonstrates attitude of service to staff and guests

  • Working knowledge of all food service areas, inventory management, product rotation, ordering & forecasting

  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
  • 18 years or older
Entry Level CompensationUSD $25.15/Hr. Maximum CompensationUSD $26.45/Hr.
