Position Overview:
The Restaurant Cook oversees daily grill and food prep operations, ensuring proper food handling, quality, and customer service. The role involves teamwork with franchise partners and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time, dressed in proper uniform.
• Greet customers warmly; use friendly phrases like “GOOD MORNING” or “WELCOME TO HUDDLE HOUSE.”
• Prepare food promptly upon order.
• Complete checklists, stock, and prep for the next shift.
• Maintain cleanliness using provided tools.
• Report safety or customer concerns immediately.
• Know the menu and daily features; ensure correct preparation and presentation.
• Coordinate duties with team members for efficiency.
• Follow the steps of service to maximize sales.
• Adhere to safety, food handling, and security policies.
• Perform prep and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Control food costs by managing waste and portions.
