Sancrest Llc in Louisville, KY is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead restaurant construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication with clients and field teams, rigorous safety and quality control, and proactive problem solving to keep projects aligned with contracts and codes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects end-to-end.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and change order management skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards, quality control, and building code compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage stakeholders and field teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and keep projects aligned with contractual expectations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Collaborate with clients and field teams to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor project costs, manage change orders, and address challenges proactively.
• Ensure safety, quality workmanship, and full code compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project meetings and provide progress updates to leadership.
• Support successful final turnover of completed projects.
• Travel to project sites as required.
