• Lead end-to-end commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout and client turnover.

• Coordinate subcontractor procurement and oversee subcontractor performance.
• Direct field operations and ensure alignment with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Maintain complete project documentation and support smooth closeout and turnover.
• Build and sustain effective relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
