Job summary

Sancrest Llc is seeking a Commercial Construction Estimator/Project Manager to drive preconstruction through completion. You will estimate and manage bids, coordinate schedules, budgets and resources to deliver quality results.

In this role, you will lead field coordination, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure safe, on-budget project execution across multiple inputs and building systems.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to estimate commercial construction scopes accurately.
• Strong understanding of structural and civil components, including concrete and steel.
• Competence in managing budgets and project execution across preconstruction and completion.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for client and field collaboration.
• Safety-focused leadership and ability to manage multiple project inputs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and prepare bids with strong knowledge of concrete, structural steel, civil sitework, and building systems.
• Manage projects to support safe execution, meeting quality expectations, and delivering within budget.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee and support field crews to ensure efficient project progress.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to align expectations and keep work on track.
