Sancrest Llc is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects from pre-construction to closeout in the United States. You will lead planning, coordinate crews and subcontractors, assist with estimating, manage schedules and procurement, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires strong leadership, proactive budgeting, and clear client communication to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial roofing projects.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of estimating, materials, and jobsite quality/safety standards.
• Ability to manage budgets and deliverables while staying organized and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Own project planning and management, ensuring safe, timely, and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate roofing crews and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Provide estimating support and assist in developing project scope and plans.
• Oversee scheduling, material procurement, and job readiness.
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance through active jobsite oversight.
• Maintain documentation and track project progress, costs, and issues.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead with a strong focus on safety, training, and continuous improvement.
