The role requires strong leadership, contractor management, risk mitigation, and clear client reporting, with a focus on safety, codes, and sustainability. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership position.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Proven ability to coordinate design, engineering, and construction teams.
• Strong knowledge of safety, building codes, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and client-facing reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong risk and issue management.
• Experience with contract and change-order management.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, budgets, and quality through planning and closeout.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee project execution.
• Select, manage, and supervise contractors and subcontractors.
• Handle contracts, change orders, and related documentation.
• Conduct site visits and monitor progress, risks, and issues.
