Job summary

Sarku Japan is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead new restaurant openings, remodels, relocations, and conversion projects from pre-construction to turnover. You will drive safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance while coordinating with landlords, consultants, and vendors across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial restaurant construction within the United States, strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and project budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five or more years in commercial construction or related field.
• Experience with restaurant construction in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new store openings, remodels, relocations, and conversions from pre-construction through turnover.
• Manage procurement, contracts, and budgeting for projects.
• Coordinate with landlords, consultants, and vendors; ensure approvals and inspections.
