Job summary

JACK is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction, rebuilding, remodeling, and major maintenance for a network of restaurants. The role involves coordinating with general contractors, architects, engineers, and various vendors to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery, while adhering to company standards.

You will oversee all phases from due diligence to turnover, manage schedules, budgets, and risk, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of construction management experience.
• Restaurant, retail, hospitality, or multi-site commercial construction experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost controls knowledge.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of construction, rebuilding, remodeling, and major maintenance of new and existing restaurants.
• Maintain network of approved general contractors and ensure consistency across builders.
• Collaborate with governmental agencies, utility providers, architects, engineers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and per standards.
• Manage all phases from site due diligence through project closeout and turnover to operations.
• Oversee third-party vendors, contractors, consultants, and equipment suppliers for timely scheduling and delivery.
• Plan and manage project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures; review changes and approve changes.
