Team JCK LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee planing and execution of new builds, remodels, relocations, and major capital projects across multiple brands in Oregon and Washington. You will partner with leadership, real estate, finance, operations, and external partners to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

This highly visible role combines project management, financial oversight, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with restaurant, retail, hospitality, or multi-site development.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, permitting, budgeting, inspections, change orders, and project closeout.
• Experience working with contractors, architects, engineers, municipalities, landlords, and vendors.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and critical milestones.
• Coordinate contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and municipalities.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow, invoices, and change orders.
• Identify risks early and drive solutions before they impact schedules.
• Provide executive-level reporting on timelines, budgets, and project status.
• Standardize construction processes that support long-term company growth.
• Help improve project efficiency, vendor performance, and capital investment decisions.
