Wendy's Amherst, NY is seeking a Restaurant Co-Manager to support the general manager in daily operations, uphold high food quality and guest service, and drive profitability.

You will lead and train crew members, manage shifts, monitor safety and cleanliness, control costs, and work with kitchen staff to ensure a fast, friendly Wendy's experience for every guest. This role also offers paid training and a solid benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: oversee daily operations, open/close procedures, cash handling, shift management.
• Team Management and Development: supervise/train crew, schedule shifts, conduct evaluations.
• Customer Satisfaction: ensure exceptional service and hospitality standards.
• Financial Management: monitor sales/expenses, control costs, analyze reports.
• Inventory and Supply Chain: manage inventory, ordering, storage, rotation.
• Compliance and Safety: ensure health, safety, sanitation, and company policies.
