• Proven supervisory or assistant management experience in the restaurant industry.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: oversee daily operations with opening/closing, cash handling, and shift management.
• Team Management and Development: supervise and train crew, schedule staffing, and conduct evaluations.
• Customer Satisfaction: ensure exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
• Financial Management: monitor sales, manage costs, and analyze financial reports.
• Inventory and Supply Chain Management: manage inventory, storage, and rotation to minimize shortages.
• Compliance and Safety: ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance and audits.
• Communication and Collaboration: coordinate with manager, staff, and HQ on updates and challenges.
