Qualifications

• Proven supervisory/assistant management experience in restaurants.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and ServSafe basics.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Assist the restaurant general manager in daily operations, including opening/closing, cash handling and shift management.
• Team Management and Development: Supervise and train crew and shift managers, with scheduling and performance coaching.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
• Financial Management: Monitor sales, expenses and labor costs to meet targets.
• Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Manage inventory levels and ordering to avoid shortages.
• Compliance and Safety: Enforce health, safety and sanitation regulations and audits.
• Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate with management, staff and HQ on updates and challenges.
