The Client Advisor will nurture trusted relationships with restaurant operators, understand their business, and ensure KitchenSync delivers real value by coordinating with finance, operations, and technology. Formación

• 5+ years of experience in restaurants, hospitality, accounting, payroll, or operations-heavy businesses.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Strong judgement and the confidence to make progress with incomplete information.
• A track record of owning complex work across multiple people and functions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead high-level client conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Drive client value and adoption by ensuring clients get the most out of KitchenSync’s platform, data, and services.
• Serve as trusted advisor to restaurant owners, operators, and finance stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the Client Success team with clear KPIs and high service standards.
• Own the client experience, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensure follow-through.
• Lead high-value client conversations to uncover goals and develop measurable solutions.
• Translate client needs into clear priorities and align internal teams accordingly.
• Drive retention, loyalty, and expansion by deepening client relationships.
