Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct food preparation and culinary activities
• Manage food and product ordering with detailed records to minimize waste and support budgets
• Supervise all food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and standards
• Ensure kitchen and surrounding areas are sanitized per standards and health codes
• Hire and train kitchen staff in food prep, safe handling, equipment operation, and sanitation
• Coordinate with restaurant management on supply orders, budgets, and staffing
• Maintain inventories and follow food budgets
• Report to the COO or senior management
