Sardi's is hiring Kitchen Cooks to join our team. You will prepare all menu items in accordance with company standards in a fast, safe and sanitary manner, supporting the team to deliver high quality food in a respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing menu items to company standards.

• Ability to coordinate station timing with managers.

Responsibilities

• Master the initial assigned station and develop ability to master other stations.
• Maintain facilities and operate equipment safely.
• Rotate, label and date stored ingredients for freshness.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Prepare broiled items per specifications.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation.
• Coordinate timing with other stations under supervision.
• Send food orders to expediter in an organized manner.
• Assist management to meet operational needs.
